1. At the top right, click the dots
2. Click More tools
3. Click Clear browsing data
4. Under Basic, make sure All time is selected
5. Make sure ONLY Cached imaged and files are checked
6. Click the Clear data button
7. Please close and reopen the browser for a fresh start

3. Click the Advance tab
4. Select/check the Show Develop menu in menu bar
5. Click the Developer drop-down menu
6. Select Empty Cache

2. Under Settings, select Privacy, search, and services
3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
4. Make sure All time is selected
5. Make sure ONLY Cached images and files are checked
6. Click the Clear now data button
