Add a New Task

Login into Tempest-Time if not already

https://tempest-time.com/


1. Click Administration in the Menu, left side in the Application’s page.



2. Under the Tasks Definitions + Expense Categories section, click Tasks



3. Click the Add New Task button



4. Fill out the desired fields

Task Name (required)

Common, Yes/No?

Task Group, if applicable

Billable, Yes/No?

Link Task to All Existing Projects, Yes/No?


5. After you have filled out the desired fields, click the Save button




Note:

If you selected Yes in the Common field, then if will be listed in the interactive report Common Tasks. If you selected No, then the task will be listed in the report Other Tasks. In the same Task page scroll down until you see the report Other Tasks.
